As an existing member of your on site Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing centre you can now join one of our 51 national health clubs and get a great discounted rate. We call it Top Up Membership.

You are already looking after your health and wellbeing by using your on site centre. Your company has now arranged for you to be able to access the same professional health and fitness services outside of work too. You can choose to join the health club that is most conveniently located for you.

Our centres are open at the weekends, later in the evening, and you can use us when you are on leave from work, so you can take more time for your workout.

You will have access to the same innovative services and professional expertise as your on site centre. In addition to fully equipped gyms, an excellent range of classes, personal training and relaxation spas most of our centres have a swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms for you to enjoy.*

For those of you who want the flexibility of being able to exercise when travelling with work or otherwise, you can join on a Connections Membership. This allows you access to all 51 of our national Fitness & Wellbeing centres.

Opening times, payment options and full terms and conditions will be provided by your chosen centre when you join.

Free Health MOT

When you join you will receive a free Health MOT. This is a 60-minute health evaluation with a qualified Senior Wellbeing Advisor that measures, among other things, blood pressure, body mass index, aerobic fitness and glucose and cholesterol levels. To find out more click here.

Joining is easy.

There are four simple steps to becoming a Top Up member:
  1. Click here to download your copy of the Top Up leaflet and complete the form.
  2. Ask a member of your on-site Nuffield Health team to complete their section to confirm that you are an existing member.
  3. Call your chosen centre to book a sign-up appointment. Quote your company name and explain that you are interested in Top Up membership.
  4. Take your completed form and company ID with you when you sign up.

FAQ’s.

1. If I am currently a member of a commercial Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, can I transfer onto the Top Up membership?

Yes, you can transfer onto the new rate provided you sign up for a 12 month contract.

2. Can my partner join independently of me?

No. You must sign up as a corporate member for your partner to be eligible for the discounted rate. When you partner joins, you have to go with them on their first visit and show your company ID.

3. Can my partner join a centre in a different location to me?

Yes. You will still have to go with them on their first visit and show your company ID.

4. What happens if I leave the company or cease to become an on site member?

You will no longer be eligible for the discounted rate and will be moved onto the standard rate. You will need to demonstrate your continued eligibility for this / these offers when your contract term ends.

5. Can I transfer my membership between commercial clubs?

Yes, but the previous rate would apply until the end of the contract period.
